  1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States. This includes all states except Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to:

Alaska or Hawaii

Any U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands)

Any international addresses (including Canada and Mexico)

If you place an order from a location outside our delivery area, we will cancel the order and notify you via email.

  1. Order Processing Time

Once you submit an order, we need time to verify, pack, and hand it over to the carrier.

Standard processing time: 1 to 2 business days

Processing cut-off time: 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)

Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will begin processing on the next business day

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. federal holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day).

  1. Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, the estimated delivery time is:

Standard delivery: 3 to 6 business days within the contiguous United States

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may take longer due to:

Carrier delays (high volume, weather disruptions, sorting facility backlogs)

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Unexpected events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemic-related disruptions)

We will provide a tracking number so you can monitor progress, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

  1. Shipping Cost

Shipping is free for all orders. There is no minimum purchase requirement.

No hidden shipping fees

No handling fees

No fuel surcharges

No delivery area surcharges (within the contiguous U.S.)

The price you see at checkout is the final price.

  1. Carrier Selection

We do not use a single carrier for all shipments. Instead, we assign a carrier per order based on:

Your shipping address (zip code and state)

Package weight and dimensions

Current carrier performance in your area

Possible carriers include:

USPS (United States Postal Service)

UPS (United Parcel Service)

FedEx (Federal Express)

Regional last-mile carriers (such as OnTrac, LaserShip, or local couriers depending on destination)

The specific carrier for your order will be shown in the shipping confirmation email and on the tracking page.

  1. Tracking Information

We provide tracking for every order.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout

This email contains a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page

Tracking typically becomes active within 24 hours after the carrier scans the package

If tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, contact us at info@ethnc.sbs

  1. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

You are responsible for providing a correct, complete, and deliverable shipping address.

If a package is returned to us because:

The address was incorrect

The address was incomplete (missing apartment number, suite number, etc.)

The carrier determined the address was undeliverable

… then we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping will require you to pay the shipping cost again. We do not issue refunds for orders returned due to customer address errors.

  1. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” we are not responsible for theft or loss from your doorstep or mailbox.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package:

Check with neighbors or household members

Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early)

Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us at info@ethnc.sbs and we will help file a claim. However, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for packages marked delivered.
